The City of Denver’s PROPOSED NEW ZONING for the BAKER NEIGHBORHOOD is likely to impact you—perhaps dramatically. The proposed changes may impact building heights and additions, neighborhood density (number of people), property values, parking , traffic patterns, placement of small businesses and industry, the proport...ion and location of commercial, residential, industrial and mixed use areas, and other issues that may be of great importance to you.
We invite you to learn more about the proposed changes and offer your input BEFORE changes are finalized. To do that, please join us at the next Baker Neighborhood meeting. Read More
