Anya Blyukher We adopted our baby Meeshka in August of 2008...he was from a litter of 8 and were being taken care of at Academy Animal Hospital. A mix of Coon Hound (mom) and Shar-Pei. He is doing well and is the best boy ever! We were wondering where his brothers and sisters are these days. Any chance of them having kept in touch?
Crystal Snow ahhh i was approved to adopt jerico today (whom we have decided to remane to chance) im so excited i go to get him on the 6th of december. im already starting to prepare i cant wait!! i will deffinatly post pictures on here :)
Crystal Snow im in the process of being approved for adopting a puppy and im sooo excited! it is a big responsibility that im finally ready to take...iv bin waiting for the day id have my own puppy. iv bin praying every night that ill get an approval email but the wait is killing me lol :) im already thinking ahead about toys and s......tuff to buy the puppy for xmas if im approved haha. i do know if i am the first thing im guna do is take him/her to petco to pick out new toys and treats :) hopefully ill be brining a new furry friend home for the holidays and will be able to post pictures and its sucess stories on here as well :)
Emily We adopted our puppy from MAS almost 3 years ago. We love her, and she is incredibly spoiled! Her name was Becky when she came to us, but we call her Cinders.
MAS Rescue Can you believe it...?? MAS Rescue has a volunteer Pilot for Rescue Transport!! The maiden flight was this Saturday...and it was a success!!! All the animals arrived safe and sound, thanks to Mr. Vance and his co-pilot.

Cathy Yeakel We adopted a Basset Pointer mix named Juniper. We kept the name because it fit her so well. When we got her she had demodex mange and was about 38 pounds. She didn't play with us much and she was hesitant at first, probably because of her previous living conditions. MAS resuced her from a high kill shelter in WV an...d we are so happy they did. We adopted her as a companion for our other Basset Mix Ollie because he was lonely and all he had to play with was cats!!! Now they are best of friends. Juniper has recovered fully from her Demodex Mange and is now about 50 pounds. She plays with us all the time and Ollie too. They're a match made in heaven and she's been a wonderful addition to our family!! Thank you Mary and everyone involved with MAS Rescue!
MAS Rescue Bandit, renamed Cassidy... Yes, as in "Hop-Along Cassidy". Is doing fantastic on three legs. He has fully recovered from amputation and was just neutered yesterday. He says "No more Surgery, please? I just want a home now."
Jacqueline We adopted "Oneida" now named "Isabelle", a lynx point Siamese kitten in July 2008. She is wonderful, healthy and best friend to her fellow Flame Point Siamese adopted brother Teddy. She affectionately called "IS-A- BELLIE" since she craves to have her tummy scratched and alternatively "IS-A-SMELLIE" when she sneaks m...ilk from someone's glass and doesn't realize that she is lactose-intolerant.Thank you MAS.
