Our family has been making Bamboo Rolls since 1962, constantly perfecting our recipe in order to pursue our mission. Generations have come and enjoy our products. Nevertheless, with time, change is inevitable.

As the older generations matured and younger generations take charge, we hope we can infuse new strength and vitality to the company.

Our Bamboo Rolls are prepared and rolled every time an order is placed. They can be enjoyed fried or unfried and come with various condiments that are designed to enhance your snacking experience.

Bamboo Rolls taste best when consumed immediately after you purchase them. Please request for our SHOCK-FRIED™ Rolls if you plan to serve them at a much later time. SHOCK-FRIED™ is a process where we dip our Bamboo Rolls into extremely hot oil to seal the flavor in, furthermore preserving the freshness. Bamboo Rolls do not contain any preservatives, for this reason we only recommend refrigerating them for up to a day or freezing them up to one week. (read less)
