Kashmiri Chef Sonya Sapru, author of international best-selling recipe book "Zaika," made her flagship debut in the Bangkok dining scene by instilling "modern Indian dining" at Indus. By using a collection of health-conscious recipes preserved in her family's Kashmiri Pundit heritge for generations, Chef Sonya takes Indus diners on a journey into the past through a unique dining experience. Only the finest of spices are used in her recipes, which she likes to describe as "lighter, simpler, and more stylezed Indian cuisine... where less is more."

Great food, nice spot, a touch pricey
by Matt at 7:16am on March 25th, 2008
Nice environment. The main courses are excellent and tasty; the lamb was soft as butter. Very nice. Only complaints on the food side: the oil used to fry the samosas was not fresh, and as such, they were brown and oily on the outside. (Time to change the oil!) The beer selection is lacking. These are minor nitpicks, however, as the place provide a very satisfying, delicious dinner with fantastic, quick and friendly service. Recommended!

by Chinarut at 11:46am on February 16th, 2008
haven't been here to eat yet and thought dance floor was a bit tight but cozy. the chill out area outside is what did it for me - nice & quiet and great for chatting with friends.

bean bags outside would be very very cool indeed and prolly make it a 5!
