Jason Erickson This place and their unorganized staff suck. We had tickets for Pnuma Trio at the loft on new years eve. The tickets say doors open at 8 and they made us stand on the street till they open the doors around 9 at a temperature of around zero. After they opened the doors it took almost an hour to get upstairs and we were ...in the front of the line. So many better venues in Minneapolis.
