TO DEVELOP NEW AND EXCITING ENSEMBLE PLAYS by offering workshops with playwrights, actors and directors;
TO SUPPORT THE ADVANCEMENT OF WOMEN IN THEATRE by fostering opportunities to work as playwrights, actors, directors, and designers to women of all ages, socio-economic levels, and ethnic backgrounds;
