John, I'm having a time with the Adorable you software. It won't let me download updates and I can't seem to figure it out. I tried to watch the tutorial and it's impossible. I'm from Illinois but I am in Michigan with family until Sunday. But...I'm trying to design a picture of my young 18yr old cousin killed by a... drunk driver and it's not being successful. Our family would all love to have this. I have not yet made one shirt or project with this software. I bought it the same day you were at Calico Country in West Frankfort. I also bought the large professional 6 needle machine. Please help if you can.Read More
