Barry Goldwater

Barry Goldwater Fixed the birthdate, when I initially posted this 1910 was the earliest year available, looks like that's been fixed recently. Thanks for pointing it out!

I actually remember meeting Barry Goldwater when I was 2 years old (believe that!!) when he came to New Orleans on the campaign trail for the presidential campaign. I was on daddy's shoulders; it was at New Orleans International "Moisant" Airport. I tried to meet him again during my internship in The Hill (summer 1983) but he was pretty frail and not up to the social aspect of taking pictures with the interns. :(
