To celebrate the release of the 2007 Bartholomew Park Syrah, we’re breaking open the cellar and bringing out all four vintages of Syrah ever grown on this historic estate. We love the intense, complex flavors the Estate Syrah has produced from its very first vintage, and want to share how versatile this bold variety ca...n be with food. As a rare treat, we will taste a four-year vertical of 2004-2007 wines paired with locally hand-made artisan cheeses by culinary educator and cheese-maker Sheana Davis.
Cost of $10.00 includes four tastes of Syrah (2004-2007) and three cheeses. Advance reservations required at info@bartpark or 707-935-9511. Don’t forget to pick up your current release of 2007 Estate Syrah! Wine and cheese pairing from 11:00am to 2:00pm.
