BARTLESVILLE, OK -- AWashington Countyanimal shelter is bucking a national trend. While adoptions are down across the country,a shelter is using photography to enhance the image of its homeless pets.
Washington County SPCA Visit us at Washington Park Mall for Bark Avenue & Meow Place, located next to Dillard's. We will have both dogs and cats available for adoption. This is a monthly adoption event held the last Saturday of every month.
