Louisiana Disaster Recovery Foundation LDRF, along with Oxfam & the Foundation for the Mid South, will release "A Portrait of Louisiana: Louisiana Human Development Report" on Sept. 17. The report provides a parish-by-parish assessment via indicators such as educational attainment, income, housing, homicide rates, physical/mental health & others. This is ...an important tool for those of us seeking data-driven solutions to La's most pressing problems.
