El Frente was formed in the mid-September 2008 when band leader Marco Reyes decided to put together a band playing a uniquely different kind of music. Armed with his infectious,latin-flavored songs and a mean Bolivian guitar-like instrument called the Charango, the result was of a crazy blend of traditional Latin music...,and modern rock, a blend as colorful as the members themselves.
