Thanks to your votes, Beach Break Live has been
shortlisted in 3 categories in the UK National Festival Awards!!! It’s
a great achievement and testament to the passion and support you have
shown your festival. In order to win we now need a few seconds from our
friends, supporters and... blackberry wielding grandparents to vote for us
in these final stages
Drum roll please........we’ve been top 10 shortlisted for:

It’s
truly brilliant that we’ve been shortlisted as Best Small Festival
particularly given the unprecedented move to Kent. Whilst we humbly
accept some credit for putting the show together, what really makes an
event is the ticket holders and atmosphere and therefore we doff the
hat to you guys for making it (in our opinion) The Best Small Festival!
To
be shortlisted for Best Headline Performance is also a big deal - we
are the only small festival nominated in this category and find
ourselves running with the big dogs. That said, for anyone who
experienced Dizzee’s fire hydrant requiring gig at Beach Break this is
no surprise – the performance was a true epic. Splendid effort Dizzee,
we salute you!
