The desire of Meroney's UMYF is to grow closer to Christ. Our group is open to youth in grades 6th-12th. We welcome all who desire to grow together as a community and as Disciples of Christ.

Meroney UMYF CARDBOARD CAMPOUT......AUGUST 21ST! Meroney UMC Youth in partnership with Bonlee School to support the FUEL UP program. The Cardboard Campout is an opportunity to collect non-perishable food items for Bonlee School to ensure all students have food during the weekends. All donations can be dropped off at the following ......locations: Meroney UMC (8/21 from 3:00pm–9:00pm) and Bonlee School (8/18-8/20 from 8:00am–4:00pm).

Meroney UMYF Meroney UMYF will meet Sunday August 8th 4:00pm - 6:00pm. We will fellowship together and discuss our upcoming campout on August 21st!
Meroney UMYF Meroney UMYF....We are planning to meet Sunday Aug. 1st and go to the movies in Sanford. If you would like to go be at the church at 4:00pm and the movie starts at 5:00pm. Ticket prices are $7.00 up to age 11 and $9.50 12 and over. You pay for the ticket and we will provide the transportation. Let me know if you plan to attend.
Meroney UMYF Youth and all kids...Meroney UMC has begun our annual bible school. Come and join us! If you would like to come to dinner it begins at 5:45, the actual VBS is at 6:15pm.
Meroney UMYF Our group traveled to Myrtle Beach on a mission trip. During this time we all were blessed as we felt God working in our group! It was amazing. I challenge our members to publicly share their individual experience or how God work through them this week. Our group of 32 visited an Adult daycare, assisting living cen...ter, Lighthouse for troubled teens which was a favorite, and beach ministry.
Meroney UMYF The youth met tonight to prepare for our mission trip to Myrtle Beach. The tee shirts they designed says it all about this group. The motto they came up with was: Talk is NOT enough. It's SHOW time. I will SERVE. I will LOVE. I will BELIEVE. This is printed on tie dye lime green. The group is ready to spread t...he word of GOD. Please keep us in your prayers next week for safe travels.
Meroney UMYF The youth worked hard today to design their tee shirt. They really put thought into what their group stands for. For those who were not able to come today send me your shirt size no later than noon tomorrow otherwise I am taking a guess. Everyone is excited about doing God's work in Myrtle Beach!
Meroney UMYF Meroney UMYF ....We are meeting Sunday June 13th at 4:00pm. This is the last day to sign up for the July mission trip! If you have not paid your money, you must pay it on Sunday. A rooming list will go to the mission site Monday morning.
Meroney UMYF Thanks to all the youth! We had a blast! THE TANK took 1st place in our race! Everyone did great!
