Your Health is Low is the creation of Jay. After his xbox died, he found himself with spare gaming time and wanted to write about games. Simply put, he wanted to blog from the perspective of a real gamer. Enlisting his close friends Jesse, and Andrew to team up with him..., he created Your Health is Low in November 2008. Soon others joined and the rest is history. The name Your Health is Low came to Jay as he was playing Fable II and remembered a annoying guildmaster from the first game would shout it at him when his health was running low. He liked the the name thus the blog was born.

Free Running is the title of a video game developed by Rebellion (by the internal team Core Design who were responsible for the Tomb Raider series) and published by Reef Entertainment, released for the PlayStation 2 and PSP in 2007 in the UK only. Urban Freeflow gave fe...edback during the development of the game, and some of the team members feature as playable characters. Sebastien Foucan appears as a trainer in the game to help get the player started. It was announced in September 2009 that a Nintendo Wii port of the game is set to be released before Christmas 2009
