I spoke with Alice, the Deli Manager Downtown, and she said that since the Cafe Downtown is busy in the evening, they are able to sell the sandwiches without discounting them. We aren't as busy at Cordata (yet!) in the evening so we tend to have more left over that we would rather sell at a discount rather than have some left over at the end of the night. Hope that answers your question! ~Melissa
