FootZoneBend So far 48 pies in the contest, 266 runners, 4 celebrity judges, and a decent weather report. Can still sign up tomorow in back of the Footzone before 9am. You can print off a from from www.footzonebend.com. Hope to see you tomorow.
FootZoneBend If you ordered your "I LIKE PIE" shirt by last Thursday, you can pick it up at the shop tomorrow (Wed). Also fine to pick it up Thanksgiving morning at the run. We will do one more order so if you missed out and don't mind waiting, you're in luck.
FootZoneBend Just about fell on my butt walking to work this morning. We've got lots of yak-trax and ice joggers when you need them (along with snow boots, winter running shoes and warm socks)

FootZoneBend says congrats to all the great Central Oregon performances at the State XC meet. Summit girls went off and so many other impressive runners from this side of the mountains. Nice work!
FootZoneBend Busy weekend of runnig possibilities. Lord's Acre 5k and 10k Saturday, Veteran's Day 5k Sunday, and CORK's 1st Hot Chocolate Run Sunday morning at 9am back at Shevlin Park. No shortage so get out there and have some fun.
FootZoneBend Bend's Max King placed 18th overall and the 11th American in the NYC Marathon! 2:19:11 and a 5:19 pace. Seriously! Come check out the training techniques that make him so fast at the Tuesday Performance Group led by Max himself. Meet tomorrow at Drake Park Pavillion at 5:30pm.
