Citrus Cycling Holidays & Training At last the rain has stopped! but there is still plenty of water runing across the roads. I had a great 3.5 hour ride in 30deg temps. having to go over the climb from Xabia to Denia twice!!! as Alex broke down in the car and i had to turn round and perform AA service.

Russell

Russell was on the club run this morning with legs like lead!!!!! unfortunatly this was all elizabeth needed to hear stoking the pace up & up like mr armstrong! & smileing alot while half wheeling.

Paul Holder

Paul Holder Club run this morning was without twiggy, i ended up with 61 miles and an average of 18.6, but i did note the last 50 done with an average of 19.4. Picked up the Power as well, he must still be on another time zone to be out so early. Well done everyone.

Citrus Cycling Holidays & Training enjoyed todays training ride. 109km 30.5kmph adverage.

Paul Holder

Paul Holder A north west wind this morning put the club run in indian country this morning. Twiggy had been in a grow bag all night and had his fast lad legs on. Still dont get the reason why we needed to be doing 23 mph into the wind to get 20mph average. Think we ended up with 19's when we got back. Good job Silky and i got on the front and dropped the pace. 60 miles good ride guys.
