Two Mile Wines
We'll be releasing our 2007 Dry Creek Valley Syrah this week, and with it we'll be having our Fall Release and Club Pickup Party on October 10th, from 2-6pm. Club members are invited to come early, at 1PM, to barrel-taste with us. The party is free for club members (and a guest), and of course will have food, music, an...d good vibes all around. So if you're not a member, you should be! Not a club member? It'll be 10 bucks to get in and we'd love to have you! We'll also be bringing in some older library wines for sale, and discounts will be flowing (we may start going as high as 50% in some cases, depending on how lively the party gets).
To celebrate the community and the place we call Two Mile, we hope that you'll join us for this very special event.

Now that summer is giving way to fall, we figure it's an excellent time to do good by you and throw an end-of-summer sendoff.
We'll be featuring: new art by Douglas Lehrer on the brick, great tunes, and some light food. Oh. And Wine. Lots of wine. We may even break out a few bottles of our unreleased and much anti...cipated 2007 syrah. In celebration of a great summer and all your support throughout it, all wine purchased day-of will be discounted by 30%. Maybe more, depending on who's at the register and what song is playing.
So come shed your summer skin with us and a cold glass of viognier. It's free to get in and there's no need to rsvp. Invite friends.

Two Mile Wines
Born and raised in Southern California, Ken attended the Academy of Art College in San Francisco and is currently living and creating in Berkeley, Ca. with his dog Jacques.
Large scale, site-specific sculpture became Ken’s passion soon after college and remains so to this day. Bright colors and dramatic texture have alw...ays been a pivotal aspect of his work, which is exponentially inspired by the purity of childhood. This inspiration, combined with working in children’s art galleries, has led him to write and illustrate a children’s book which he is currently engrossed in creating.
Formally trained in Printmaking and sculpture, but unsatisfied with traditional artistic ideas, Ken strives to create images with depth and dimension, which extend beyond the conventional frame, by combining steel, stone, and paint in a whimsical yet complex manner.

Two Mile Wines At wineries throughout the East Bay, including Two Mile at 2816 San Pablo Ave. This is a great chance to get to know many local wineries, see our new digs, and taste the 2008 viognier a touch early. Tickets can be bought early at www.eastbayvintners.com for $30, and for that you get a nice wine glass, access to a doz...en wineries during the day, and some incredible food and music along the way. At Two Mile, we'll be roasting a whole pig out front (definitely not something you see on San Pablo every day) and spinning some even more delicious tunes.
