UC Berkeley Sheldon Margen Public Health Library

UC Berkeley Sheldon Margen Public Health Library At yesterday's Library Electronic Resources Orientation, some ebrary e-book questions were asked that I didn't know the answer to; now I do!
Q: Is there a limit to how many pages one can print?
A: 5 pages per transaction, 40 per session max
Q: Will the highlights I add print?
A: Nope
Q: Is there a way to move an ebook citation to EndNote or similar software?
A: There is no direct export from ebrary to EndNote and the like, although ebrary is investigating adding this feature. When you use ebrary's "copy text" feature, however, the selection you paste (into Word or wherever) will include a complete citation in one of a handful of citation styles (see http://site.ebrary.com/lib/berkeley/support/2_reader00.jsp#006). Not exactly the same thing, I realize. May be best to find the ebook citation in Melvyl then export to EndNote/RefWorks.
More ebrary help is at http://www.lib.berkeley.edu/instruct/guides/ebrary.html
