University of California Botanical Garden at Berkeley I'm cutting back perennials, mulching, and planting new Sorbus, maples and an especially nice 'blue' Cupressus cashmiriana at the north end of the lawn. It's from a cutting which our propagator, John Domzalski, kept going in the mist chamber for 2 years until it was rooted! It will develop into a beautiful weeping form with very lacy foliage.
