Hi, I am not sure if this is the right forum but I would like to make a suggestion. I live next door in the Library Gardens apartment. From my unit I can see into the west side of the Berkeley public library. It seems like the library leaves many of the lights on during the night (this is observable from Kittredge Stre...et). In particular, many if not all the lights are left on in the staff kitchen/lobby area overnight (this requires looking in from Library Gardens). For energy cost and environment reasons, I would like to suggest turning them off during the night, as I can see into that area and no one is in there at all. Thank you for listening.Read More
