well gov. I pray that in 2010, you would change course from raising taxes a billion dollars, and making excuses for education, and funding other things, its time to reform state government, now, we can still fund education, and things are need for are state to be good. lets cut taxes for bussiness, and lets stop wastedful spending, and lets hold people responsibile.
