For new visitors, Trail Ridge Road that bisects the park an absolute must do. If visit ... DevamıSpring or early summer, check if open yet. Morning drives best due to frequent afternoon cloud cover. Emerald Lake has easy trail for physically challenged.

Yeah Trail Ridge Rd is amazing. Make sure and save time at the top for walk up the hill, and other various tundra trails off the road. Old Fall River Rd is an alternative way up (one direction only--up) which is a less-improved old dirt road with numerous switchbacks. Gives you an idea of what it would have been like 80 years ago, but not for the ... Devamıfaint of heart.

Another favorite of ours of Loch Vail. Absolutely gorgeous lake! I wish we would have had time to continue on that trail up to the falls and smaller lake above, but we were too lazy to get started early enough in the day!

Thanks Ron. Quite a few South African photos now uploaded. Haven't included game ones, but instead focused on issues that might concern Americans and Canadians about traveling there, as well as included lots of the unexpected to inspire.
