Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Sacramento
Save the date and start thinking about your 2010 Bowl For Kids Sake bowling team. We host the party, you bowl and have fun. Ask your friends, family and coworkers to join us in our mission to change a childs life. Proceeds go directly toward matching children with a carefully-screened Big Brothers Big Sister Volunteer.... All you need to do is lace up your bowling shoes, get ready to have fun and ask people to sponser you for a great cause. There is only a $100 minimum for each bowler but lets not stop there. We have two dates, two locations.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Sacramento
During the week of December 7-13, 2009 B & N will host a book fair to benefit our organization. For every book customers purchase during that week, B & N will donate a minimum of 10% of the total purchase to our affiliate when a voucher or book drive number is given to the clerk at check out. All you need to do is to t...ake your purchase to the cashier and tell her/him that you would like to support the Big Brothers Big Sisters Book Fair and give the clerk the book fair voucher. If you forget the voucher, you can give them book fair number 490516 and mention Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Sacramento. Best part of the book drive is that you can shop at any B&N stores and give them the voucher or book fair number and a donation will be made to our organization!
There is no limit on the number of books or who can submit a voucher, so consider buying a book for everyone on your holiday gift list. Email a copy of the voucher to all your friends and associates and ask them to support the book drive.
Proceeds will be used to help put more caring adults into the lives of children who need a caring adult in their lives!

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Sacramento Come out to the Elephant Bar at Arden Way on October 6th to help raise money for Big Brothers Big Sisters. CHP officers will be serving you lunch 11:00-2:30, and dinner 5:30-8:00. All tips will go directly to our efforts to increase the number of children being matched with mentors in our area.
