August 26 7:00amVacation is Good!

Just got back from a week off, you know I always forget how important it is to take some time away from the office to relax. I think I can skip the vacation, I really can’t afford to take the time but you know I am wrong. To take the week and let your body actually “relax” is so important. Sure, a good cup of tea filled with L-Theanine should relax you BUT nothing replaces a vacation. It...

Charlotte, thanks for your thoughts about celebrities and tea...we too believe tea is great because of the tea but many love to see the celebrity news...thanks for your comment!

My favorite ice tea is made with honey and decaf organic green tea. It's healthy and delicious. I don't mind making it, but I wish it was sold in glass bottles already made.

My favorite iced tea is sweet and spicy tea from good earth. every sip is a new flavor!

By the way, I don't feel that it is necessary to share about all these celebrities who drink tea. The point is, a lot of people drink tea. When I have a cup of tea, I'm enjoying the flavor, the scent, and the comfort. I'm not thinking, "Hey, drinking tea makes me cool because famous people do it."

My favorite iced tea is plain ol' decaffeinated Luzianne tea, with one random bag tossed in for extra flavor, usually mango or orange spice (Constant Comment is great) and a mint leaf or two.
