Bikram Yoga is wonderful. Great for sore muscles great for stiff joint and getting over sickness. From my experience and observation it seems to have only one flaw. If you do the backbends incorrectly with too much emphasis on the lower back (and this is easy to do) you can get lower back strains and posture problems. ...I suggest a sacriligous thought. Do Bikram for everything and then a little Pilates for your back ache until you get the back bends perfected. I know I know, I can see the smoke coming out of everyone's ears.Read More
