Western Romance Company- Pappy's Cowboy Cookout in Billings MT Yes, It's official! Western Romance Company has won the Roche Juane Tourism Excellence Award for 2009 in the Big Sky County of Billings, MT. Pappy, Norma, Jonathan and Tana are all looking forward to attending the well deserved award for Pappy and Western Romance. Look forward to Pappy's beard at the awards Ceremony on Nov. 19, 2009!
