This is a community class being offered for donations only....so pay as little or as much as you can afford! Join us on the roof-top for a pool-side, fire-side vinyasa class designed to challenge and relax you.
This class will be taking place every We...dnesday night and is taught by Monserrat Romero...amazing yogini and Reiki practitioner. This class is perfect for practioners of all levels...so ...DON'T be intimidated if you're a beginner. We will gather in the studio (suite 113) at 7:00, and then head up to the 7th floor deck together. If you arrive late, just come on up! If you have any questions, call Michelle at 305.975.6227. were asked to support Dr. Stuart Fischbein,one of the few doctors left willing to support midwifery.
