Brad Harris Well, I've had CORE since it was released, but never tried BEAT until just recently with the free demo... I think James Greenley is right about comparisons, though... I haven't played VOID yet, but the differences between the two I've tried are huge. The similarities, in my opinion, are the crazy, tripped out background graphics! I love it!

Id - hard, fun, great soundtrack
Ego - harder, freaking incredibly awesome soundtrack (i like ego the best)
Super ego - too frikin hard, i still can't beat it, but i will eventually =] the soundtrack is good too (of course)
i was expecting this game to be a little easier but its not lol

Paul Tokach Did anyone else notice in Ego, you can totally cheat to boost your score sky-high?

James Kendall Greenley
I used to think BEAT > CORE and expected CORE > VOID.
Now I think they can't be ranked, or compared at all. They all seem much more separate and like their own beautiful entities now that there's three of them.
This game is truly fantastic! I think Ego is my favorite level from this one. It's funny, this game is much eas...ier if you try to put your greed on the back burner, but it's so tempting to grow your Void as much as possible!

heres my epic quest to obtaining the void
step 1: walk over to best buy and buy the following: 2,000 points card, SD card, Wiimote, BLACK nunchuck (its same price as a white one, why not?)
step 2: head over to my sisters boyfriends house to use his Hd tv and awesome speakers
step 3: download: Bit.trip void, SMB 2, Art sty...le: orbient, DKC 3
step 4: get my sister to play bit.trip void, and she actually likes it =]
step 5: write this comment
you guys are freaking amazing, no matter how you collect the beats they always flow perfectly with the tune. getting up to ultra is a pain in the butt, me and my sister played ID 4 times and still haven't made it to the boss.
heres my verdict:
Sound: 10/10
Gameplay: 10/10
replay value: 10/10
Awesomeness: over 9000/10
you guys rule!

James Kendall Greenley Yay I'm finally home. Downloading Void now! I'm going to squeal!

Finally reached Super Ego before I totally crashed & burned last night. Void kicks ass.
We now offically have an awesome little gaming trilogy on our hands, and I for one am already looking forward to the last three.
Keep up the great work Gaijin dudes.

Bit.Trip 4.
Interesting name.

It looks like C.V. turned himself into a combination of Mario and Sonic at the end. What do you think he's ready for, anyways? Sweet end cut-scene, though. ^_^ I appreciate the hard work, we all do. And because of that, I will be loyal 'til the very last game. And....... I'll still be loyal after that.
