We would like to thank all of our residents by having a Resident Appreciation Day/Halloween Party on Friday, October 30th from 11:00am to 4:00pm at the BCR office. Come in your best costume and dress your pet too...

The deadline to let us know about renewing your lease is October 31st. This deadline is quickly approaching so let us know about your plans for next year if you have not already done so.
If you are renewing, come into the office to do your paperwork as soon as possible. You will not have to pay money at signing and you...r security deposit will transfer. We are giving each person that renew's there lease a $10 gift certificate to Buffalo Wild Wings if you come in by November 13th to renew.
