I see that you recently played bandwars at Jet Nightclub. Quite a few people are still a bit upset by the disorganization and set up that was present at bandwars. As you probably noticed, over half of the bands did not get judged, people were lied to about the whereabouts of the judges, and the slots were no longer random as promised. If you were also disheartened by the horrendous set up, please make your feelings known to Jeff with Jet Nightclub (jetconcerts@gmail.com) and Colin Koboza of Boonstock (colinkobza@boonstock.ca,maiogroup@shaw.ca).

Support local music!! It was too bad to see so many great bands gathered together for something that was so set up, and I think that if we all politely voice our concerns that we will hopefully be able to keep some integrity in the industry and local music!

No prob :) If you guys feel up to, I would shoot them an email with some feedback, it wont fix what happened, but it will hopefully make things more professional for next year and discourage it from happening again.
