Kate I support the one to one nursing campaign. My daughter was born prematurely at 33+6 and was admitted to the intensove care unit at birth. There were 2 nurses in there. One of them was caring for a critically ill baby and never had chance to leave his incubator. The other nurse had 4 other babys to care for. One to one nursing is a MUST for babies, not just adults!

Bliss one to one nursing campaign Good news! The National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) has announced they will develop official quality standards on neonatal care. Bliss has campaigned for years to have the current standards - set by the British Association of Perinatal Medicine - fully implemented.
