There were some technical difficulties on the other end with the job posting online—the posting should now be accessible as of 11:45am this morning per the email I just received. Below is our original email to you in case you missed it! Good luck to those that are interested! Andi

A most unusual job opportunity... has recently developed within the Marion Superior Court Probation Department. Last Friday, the Court’s Executive Committee authorized approximately a dozen new juvenile probation officer positions to start employment on or about January 1, 2010. Openings are full JPO positions with starting salary approximately $29,000 including full county benefits. Positions work 24/7 shifts with runaway youth and low level offending delinquents at the Juvenile Court complex at 25th and Keystone. County residence is required within 6 months of employment. December graduates can apply now. Job posting is available at www.indygov.org. Tab to Jobs, then Marion Superior Court. I encourage your email sharing this opportunity with all current and former students who may be job hunting. Job screening is commencing immediately. Considering the state of the economy, this opportunity is extremely rare.Read More
