Leadership Bloomington-Monroe County Enjoyed the New Philanthropists kick-off reception last night. It's always exciting to see an LBMC project come to life. They've started a Facebook page, too.
New Philanthropists is a giving circle, where groups of neighbors with similar ideas come together to focus on a specific need in the community. Local nonprofits apply for grants, and members vote on who will receive these grants. Many smaller gifts make a big impact!

that was only for m...illionaires? Not anymore! With giving
