Rick Cooper is nothing but a puppet who's strings are pulled by a bigger federal agency and he has no BALLS to question their methods or their final analysis. My feeling is their is a bigger underlying issue that went on at CCMA in the past and a huge cover up is going on. I know im a conspiracy theorist but think about it.
