Bluff Lake Nature Center 15 Ways ~ #14 Become Involved in the Children & Nature Network: A primary goal of Bluff Lake Nature Center is to get people in our community outside to enjoy nature. The Children & Nature Network is working towards that goal on a national level, and they have established Nature Rocks, a web site that provides information about outdoor activities for families.

Bluff Lake Nature Center 15 Ways ~ #11 Sponsor a bus: Did you know that BLNC pays for buses for the majority of students who visit Bluff Lake? The buses cost $105 each, and Bluff Lake spends up to $10,000 a year to make sure deserving students are able to visit. Consider sponsoring a single bus, or having your company sponsor Bluff Lake visits for an entire quarter. Contact Glenn Fee (gfee@blufflake.org or at 303-344-1249) for more details.

Our bluff-top gardens have more than 50 beautiful Colorado natives that require little to no water. Visit our friends and donors at Nick's Garden Center, Timberline Gardens, and Welby Gardens to pick up your own natives!
