Shauna Bob, why can't there be a Biggest Loser in Canada? I love the show, and I could really use the motivation and the structure that you and Jillian give. Wow sometimes I even dream that I am one of the ones that get chosen to be a part of such an experience. Come to Canada and host a show, we need it too. Please.

Sally Burnell Hi, Bob, I work in a library and whenever patrons ask for weight loss and/or diet books, the first thing I refer them to is the "Biggest Loser" books, including yours and Jillian's books. I just gave three "Biggest Loser" cookbooks to the cooks at a pre-school to help them introduce healthy eating to the children there so that they can get an early start on healthy eating habits.

Pamela Roy Howell Bob, can you say something about motivation? I tend to get really gung-ho for a couple of weeks, lose a few pounds, and feel really good about myself. Then something happens like a stressful day at work, and it all goes out the window, and I beat myself up for a couple of weeks and gain back half of what I lost. Life is all about ups and downs--how do you stay motivated during the down times?
