Jason: I've got to tell you the work you did on my string bass this summer was wonderful. I'm pretty sure the bass has more volume and much more sustain. I can easily bow without touching adjacent strings. I like the way the strings sit on top of the bridge rather than nesting somewhere deep inside as the previous o...ne did. The detailing on the bridge looks very nice!
Unfortunately, and not because of you, I will need to have you work on the fingerboard as we discussed. I have a terrible buzz around the Db & Ab on the bottom strings due to the dip in the fingerboard. I will call one day after I allocate some $ for it.
In the meantime I'm cranking the adjusters up so I don't buzz and clack as much. Thanks for the work you did on my bass! And thanks for the work on my friend, Roger's, tailpiece.
