The Nighthawks, Clive Gregson & Christine Collister, BB King all have covered "I Wouldn't Treat A Dog" and have a good job on the song. My favorite cover is by Bobby. Bobby Blue Bland has the pipes only God could give a man.

Polly I saw Bobby and the band, Front row Center stage in Dublin Ireland opening for Van Morrisonin March of 2000 .... Let me tell you, I fell in Love with Bobby Blue Bland right there and then I had no eyes for Van the rest of the show. I even got a drum stick from the drummer when Bobby and his boys went of stage.

Gary I don't know how I've missed Bobby for so long. While listening to the radio this week at work, one of his songs came on and stopped me from whatever I was doing. I rushed to the XM radio to find out who.. was.. this.. guy! I forgot the song title but quickly wrote down his name before the next song came on. Incred...ible. Looking forward to some albums.
