Brick Oven Bistro TGIF! Join us today for our Alaskan Salmon Loaf & a Garden Salad or Alaskan Salmon Loaf Supper. Tender Salmon baked with celery, casserole style, and toped with our creamy sweet pea gravy. The supper version is served with mashed Potatoes, creamy Coleslaw, baby Carrots, and fresh baked Bread.
