Alex Jones, Pulitzer-Prize winning journalist and author, will be speaking on the future of News. Reception to follow.
Jones has been director of the Joan Shorenstein Center on the Press, Politics and Public Policy at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government since July 1, 2000. He covered the press for the New York Times ...from 1983-1992, and won the Pulitzer Prize in 1987. He was host of National Public Radio's On the Media from 1993-1997, and host and Executive Editor of PBS's Media Matters from 1996-2003. His third book, Losing the News: The Future of the News that Feeds Democracy was published this summer.
All current students, faculty, and staff are invited.
