Hi Kylie, Some Unitarian Universalist congregations have celebrated Evolution Sunday and Darwin's birthday. A good way to start your research might be to search online for congregations which have held those observances and contact them for more information.

Tonight's Service of the Living Tradition can be summed up in one word: dull. The Reading went on way too long. The music, thought done well, was average, at best. And using just a piano was, to say the least, ho-hum. Where was the band? Where was the organ? Where was some liveliness, like living people participating in a living tradition?

It may have been dull for some folks, but I found it inspiring. The sermon was deeply moving, and I loved the music. Different people like different things.

Paul Day Only recently found out about you guys. Everything i have read fits perfectly with how i think! i study all aspects of religion, spiritualism and theology etc... but wouldnt dedicate myself strictly to denomination. I look at everything from urreligion (primeval religion) right through to new age belief structures! Its nice to see there are more like me out there!

It surprises me that anyone would think that twitter would be better to reach young adults... Facebook BEGAN as a site only for students! Nearly every "young adult" I know uses facebook, but I know very few who use twitter. But as Virginia says above, you can tie twitter to a facebook account so that both are updated at the same time.
