We've been members for a long time and sincerely believe Elevations to be the best credit union (let alone bank) we have ever done business with. At the same time, we regret that the powers-that-be don't seem to have any interest in offering savings rates that are seriously competitive with places like ING, many other ...credit unions or many banks. It would be great to be able to keep money market and CD savings in the community but silly to do so when Elevations rates are so poor despite having a healthy loan business in the community. MM market rates at Schwab, for just plain old savings, are 1.05% right now, for comparison.Read More

I think if you are going to be closed for bad weather you need to say that on your VM and on your site sooner than the normal time you would have opened. We have a drive a ways in and did. We checked your site and your VM recording before leaving. The announcement was there now, but not in time for people who might be ...leaving to get there when you would normally open (which at 9 AM is already pretty darn late for any business, let alone a bank). We are seriously exasperated with your hours and considering moving to the bank across the street where they are committed to service.Read More
