Bouncing off Concrete Well my fellow band members i have been in the ZONE this weekend..... Have got the new song in the bag solo bits an all. Make sure you've all got it for practice or i might have to start my solo career. All that and i've done some DIY too...... Crazy Weekend or wot. (Matt).

Bouncing off Concrete BOC had a grat time at the Railway in Ipswich last night. Was good to see people dancing on the chairs...... You know who you are! Also if your there, check out the broken wall lamp on the left of the stage........ That was Paul that woz.!
