Steph Decker I was visiting D.C. for the first time when I came across bourbon coffee. I ordered a whole milk latte and was in a heaven! when I went for my first sip -- the atmosphere was amazing and the baristas were SO friendly (being a "Seattle-lite", I felt like I was back home again.) I work in a coffee shop in Manteo, NC and ...I will always remember this coffee shop and recommend it to those who plan a trip to D.C.!
