The Boys & Girls Clubs of Lorain County is teaming up with the NBA to offer this free fitness challenge that could give you the chance to participate at the 2010 NBA All-Star Weekend in Dallas, Texas.
The NBA / WNBA FIT Challenge allows kids to demonstrate their physical fitness through a time-based fitness course that ...includes line sprints, jump rope, speed revolutions, wall passes, and defensive shuffles.
The champion in each age and gender group has the opportunity to advance to the NBA FIT / WNBA FIT Challenge Regional Competition.
Age groups consist of 8 and under, 9/10, 11/12 and 13/14.
