I worked on the fish couner as well, in terms of freshness and quality, you cant fault morrisons. They are deffo on the ball when it comes to this, this is shown in their standards. But no supermarket, even morrisons, can ever come close to a fish mongers where the fish is fresh "daily", and not been packed and sent off taking 2-3 days. You can only get fish that fresh at a fishmongers, but for a supermarket, morrisons fish probably comes the closest.

I dont agree. Patel's corner shop in Hounslow, w london, gets his fish daily from the Thames. Good quality, if a little engine oily.
