Brandy Stark of STARK IMAGES What a day. Won two art awards -- 2nd Place for 3-D at Necromicon (Southern Belle) and 1st Place for 3-D at the Leepa Rattner/TESA show.
Brandy Stark of STARK IMAGES Brandy Speaking @ Necronomicon @ 2 today: Comics & SciFi as Pop Cultural Phenomenons. 11 pm (fav): All the Good Single Guys Seem 2 B Imaginary. Wish me luck -- I won an art award at the Leepa Rattner/TESA show, I'm hoping to get to Circus this Saturday and I have 4 panels, plus the Necro art show, this weekend. :) Sleep is for the weak.

Brandy Stark of STARK IMAGES I am currently also in the Globe Patron's Art Show (will try to get photos), renewed for 6 months at Art Pool Gallery, sold my "Feathered Dragon" from the Arts Center Member Show (YES!), am in the Safety Harbor Library as part of a group show.

The artists win no money but evoke strong reactions. Todd Ramquist and his partner Kiaralinda have been hoping voters in an art contest will give peace a chance.
Brandy Stark of STARK IMAGES Peace Flag project, by Todd and Karalynda. I am sending in my own work, as well as those volunteered by my Eckerd College students. May ask other students if they wish to participate. I made the mandala only out of items found in 1 desk drawer (and discovered that half my pens don't work, I have a million highlighte...rs, and I have more Sharpies than I thought). :)
