Brentwood Academy Congratulations to the varsity girls cross country team for placing first in the Midstate Championship with a score of 45 points. Allison Cheeseman claimed the overall conference title. Teammates Samantha Wilson, Harris Slinkard, Allie Adams, Shelby Collins, Kaylor Murray and Jaclyn Helton added to the team scoring.
Brentwood Academy BA will host an Admission Day on November 14 for students interested in attending Brentwood Academy in the fall of 2010. Student testing and a parent orientation session will be part of the program. For reservations, contact admission@brentwoodacademy.com
Brentwood Academy Interested in learning more about the opportunity of a Christian education for your child? Tuesday Tours at BA give parents the chance to tour the school and learn more about BA. Tours originate each Tuesday at 8 AM in the middle school lobby. Use the north campus entrance.
Brentwood Academy Congratulations to the Boys Golf Team for winning the DIIAA State Golf Championship! This is a BA first! Team members and their scores are Dylan Healey 72 – 70, who was also the individual state champion, Taylor Davis 70 – 75 Tied for 2nd overall, Michael Orme 75 – 74 6th overall, Matt Crook 77 – 78, and Jeffrey Bechtel 76 – 79. The team is coached by Brandon Owen.

Brentwood Academy The Academy Dancers placed first with their dance routine at competition and are now officially headed to nationals in Orlando, where the ESPN National Dance Team Championship are held. The Orlando competition will be in February. The Academy Dancers are taught by Mrs. Robyne Kennedy.
Brentwood Academy The 2,402 member alumni association is governed by the 21 member Alumni Council which will be led this year by president Rob Lundy. New members of the Alumni Council include Becky Brewer Carter, Paige Greenwood Cotton, Rebecca Fletcher Holmes, Trent Webb, Whitney Thurman Pilkington and Kyle Willis.
Brentwood Academy Headmaster Curt Masters has announced the new members of the Brentwood Academy Board of Trustees. New trustees serving four year terms are Buddy Bacon, Holly Dobberpuhl, and Pat Ralls. Stuart Dill is board chair with Mark Graham serving as chair-elect.
